03 Tundra Limited Factory Alarm Disarm?

Hey everyone, I just installed a Viper 5901 remote start/alarm on my 03 Limited Access Cab. Everything works, except one thing. Sometimes when I remote start, the factory alarm goes off. It only happens every now and then, and I'm sure there a sequence that I just haven't figured out yet. I used the blue/black wire in the driver's kick panel as specified in all the wiring guides I've found, but after testing, I don't think this is the right wire. I have the alarm hooked to a relay to send a (-) pulse before the remote start is activated, but it's not working. Is there a different disarm wire for the Limited models, perhaps because of the RS3000?
