Default Bumper Grille
Is the lower bumper grille on the 03-06 Tundra removeable? So if I wanted to paint it, can I remove it without having to cut it out, or do I have to leave it on the bumper cover and mask everything else off?

Not removable. It's part of the whole plastic piece that is the front bumper.

hi, you can paint it. tape it off. and place cardboard behind.
look under & you will see you can place you hand in there.

i just went with the honey comb look grilll to match my grill.
inserted perectly. you have a choise to cut it out or place on top, which i did.
