Question Location of PVC valve on '03 4.7l V8

I'm looking for the location of the PVC valve. The new valve from Toyota has PN 12204-50030, and it has a 22mm hex size valve fitting and centered on one end is a 90 deg. black plastic nipple for a 5/16" id vacuum hose to plug into. I've been looking for this type PVC valve all over the engine manifold, and I just can't find it. Even looked behind the motor near the firewall, and I have not seen a valve looking like the one in my hand. I even removed thesmall top cover that says 4.7L located at the front of the engine and there's no valve under that area. Perhaps I got the wrong part from dealer ? Anyone know where else I should look ?

it's by the oil filler. right in front of it. it's covered by a gromet.
