Reason: people wanted more info
Need a few more details about the truck. Has the timing belt been replaced, does it have leather? Anything you can tell us about the truck. Right now i would just GUESS around $15,000. Give or take.
Kelly Blue Book has a trade in value of 14,100 for a stock SR5. The lift tires and rims will not increase the value by that much at all for a dealership. The stealership will just adjust the numbers to make you think that you're getting more for your truck. If you sell it to an individual on craigslist or something you would probably get around 18,000 but it depends on how much research the individual does. Tundras are great trucks but with the changing times right now everyone wants a truck or vehicle period that gets better MPG's. Not trying to discredit the truck but just facing reality, thats why i said give or take.
You guys are making me feel good...I got my '06 Limited w/ 37k for 15,500 in July. I shopped for awhile and know June/July of this year there was a nice spike in price of 2nd hand Gen I Tundra's. 4 months later I know I can't replace for what I paid for it.
The miles will deter some lookers, but if in good condition with the extras you probably can still pull $15k, might have to be patient.

No Joke,
I paid $16,300 for my 06 DC limited @ 29,000 miles back in august 2008.
They have bounced back I would be lucky to get this truck for $19,000 right now. I've actually thought about stepping down in size 03-04 tacoma and pocketing the difference in cash but will probably stay with what I've got its paid for..........
True market value has a significant regional factor, i.e. number of like vehicles for sale locally, demographics, dealer saturation, etc. Unless you are willing to deal with out-of-state buyers (ex: someone from a rust-belt state wanting a vehicle from a dry climate, etc), you can get a pretty good idea of private-party value by getting an average of currently listed vehicles comparable to yours on craigslist and autotrader.com, calculate a median listing price, and you'd be in the ballpark. Then knock off $1,000 for every month you don't want to wait for it to sell.

hahah. Wow I got a dang good deal in my truck then I have been laughing ever since i saw what prices yall paid(no offense). I feel bad for the dealership i bought it from though. Wow they definately didnt get this price right. Anybody wanna guess how much i paid for my 2006 DC X-SP 4X2 with 14,847 miles? Anybody??
Does $20,000 sound right? No that wasnt it.
Does $18,000? NO
Does $15,000? Getting closer
What about between $14,000 and $15,000.
I dont know the exact price, i will go out to my truck when this torrential downpour stops and get the actual numbers for yall. Wow i am totally stoked about the heck of a deal i got!!!

You can't even begin to compare the price of a 4x4 to a 4x2. KBB says $2,300 deduct for a 4x2 but this time of year in certain parts of the country you'd be lucky to sell period.
Private party sales are tough right now. Very hard for individuals to walk into a bank and get a loan. I've had my truck for sale for two weeks and not a single call priced at $16.9k. '05 DC 4x4 with 60k miles. My price should be a steal with what they're bringing at dealers. I've been getting offers of $15k-15.3k on trade so with the tax savings I'm not making much of anything at $16.9 My buddy that has a dealership says he can get $19k for it easily but he takes trades and can get anybody financed.
Private party sale, truck with 105k miles and needing a timing belt? I'd say $14k. You won't break $12.5k on trade.
