longbed nerfbars???

Hi folks!
I have a 2000 regular cab 4wd. Have any of you longbed owners been able to find wheel to wheel nerf bars? It is my understanding that the early access cabs and the longbeds share the same wheelbase, but are the frames the same as far as mounting holes, etc? I've searched the world over, to no avail.
