Default Dome Light Circuit Short

I have a dead short in the dome light circuit. I after unplugging the dome and map lights, I'm still getting a dead short in the radio illumination wire (green with silver dashes). Chilton's is about as helpful as well Chilton's. Does anyone know where else there are plugs in the circuit, so I can isolate a section? Anyone have any useful wiring diagrams?

Any help is appreciated. I have the fuse pulled so I can drive the truck, but so far what I've found the circuit includes are: dome, map lights, radio, clock memory and trip meter memory.

This started weird. I pulle the neg battery cable (I believe I cracked a post internally). Reconnected and dead battery. Tried to charge @ 40A and not taking any charge. Tried a new battery and same symptoms. Put the old one back in and 200A boost took 1.5 minutes to get started. Runs fine though and didn't blow the fuse. This all transpired at 11 pm while trying to get ready for deer hunting. Brought it in to a shop and they found a large "draw" in the dome circuit. Pulled the fuse so I could come deer hunting, but a 4 hour drive with no radio sucks. If I can get it fixed before I ghead back on Tues, great!!

Thanks!

Not sure if the 2000 wiring is the same as 04 and newer but here are the manuals for the relays and interior lighting, on the relay start on page 9 and that may help you out, i would try and find some of those relays and see if you can unplug them and find your draw. good luck.
