hi, the newest scanguage isn't the 3.15 X-guage.
i belive it is the 3.17 or it might be more than that.

if it is the older model like i have the 3.15, it is still great,
since the newer model, has nothing to do with our tundra.
it doesn't say. i will ask the question to the guy.
i bought mine on ebay for 4159 including shipping.
i still have the box, and most likely the sale in my ebay listing.
as to whom was the seller.
still it's a good price.
i think it costs $25 to up grade it plus shipping back & froth,
to the scanguage compnay. i forget there name, who makes it.

hi, i recieved a message from ebay seller.
he stated he just recieved them last week.
i asked what version was the stock you recieved?
he said the new 1.
i asked again, it should say.
he never responded.
so if i were any of you. i would be wise & not buy from him.
god only knows what version he has.
it could be 5years old stock.
buyer beware.
personally i wouldn't buy it for a saving of 20 bucks.
only to find out you got the old version. now you need to mail it in,
and pay for shipping it back plus the $25 for the up-grade.
now ask yourself what did you save??????????
do yourself a big favor, find a seller that has the 3.17 or higher version.
email scanguage or whatever there name of the company is ,
or call them, they have a web site.
and ask them what is there latest version out there.

hi everyone,
this seller i guess either got infomation from what i said here, or inquired about the scanguage2,
he has up-dated his response to me inquirey,
he now is saying he has new stock and they are the scanguage2 3.17 version
so i would say now, it is a very good deal.
maybe he is a new seller & and didn't know what i was asking him about.
so he found out by either checking the scanguage box or scangauge itself,
or he called the company to find out.
needless to say, it was in his best interest to find out, he has the latest model.
so like i said, it is a very good deal. and from what i was told, the lastest model to date.

i personly recommend this. it will tell you alot of whats going on in your computer,
& it also will tell you what code you are having. and it also clears the codes.
so it's worth it's weight in gold.
because you already know whats wrong, so no mechanic can rob you.

hi, there are many options, HP that is the scanguage2 3.17version with the X-guage
the x-guage can be used for other thing's. but most of us use it for HP.
it gives you for exaple air intake temp, radiator temp, load %, rpms, mph, loop, mpg, etc.
why don't you look it up on there web site or search here for what it does.
like i said it also gives you the code when something goes wrong,
you can also clear the code. this item is great to have.
i would research it, if your interested. also there are many back ground colors to choose from.

hi, life is made better depending on the person, everyone likes something.
i assume this isn't something your interested in.
thats o.k you have your own opinion.
we all have our options.
some people use there tundra for a work truck, while other's like to modify there's.
this item just for clearing codes, or knowing what the code is, can save you 100's or 1000's.
if you didn't know what was wrong with your truck & you has a cell code or a check engine light on, the scanguage will tell you what the code is, this way you don't get rippped off, being it in to have it fixed.
just in that, it's a life long saving item.
it's also a toy for me.
if you think that this isn't for you,
than you have the option not to buy it.
while other's wouldn't live without it.
just trying to enlighten someone that didn't know why so many have it.
i also have a radar detector. for some, they don't need it ,
while others wouldn't live without it.
i have the g-tech RR again i love it & wouldn't live without it.
it's a gadget that tells you whats going on.
for many it's worth it to have it.
yes, it could make your life better if, you had something go wrong, & you didn't know what it was, & your mechanic sold you several items costing you a large amount of money ,when in fact it was a $50 dollar item.
thats how i look at it, plus it's fun to play with.

Im kind of a noob at this, but what is this scan guage used for? is it useful for anything? sorry if im kinda dumb right now

any info about it can help, ive tried searching info about it, but it makes me more confused than i am right now, so any helping info can help, thanks
