Does anyone have any suggestions or heads up they'd like to give. I would like to know a good rim size to go with a lowering package, and same for bagged dont want to go too big but still want performance and to look like its grippin and rippin. Thx

Don't do it. It would be easier and cheaper to trade it for a chebby and drop that. Anything larger than 20's on a trundra looks gay.

I think he means Bowtie=Chevy(the emblem looks like a bowtie)....Soooo, he has had several 4wd Chebbies, all lowered, he likes it that way and will make the Tundra as gay-less as possible![]()
I meant his first post. He's looking to "bad" his Tundra? "grippin and rippin"??? WTF? Is this about a truck or a skateboard?

i would bet he meant bag it. but as for grippin and rippin, its a truck good luck with that.
Jason
It's got 4 wheels with a bed and it starts every time I turn the key.

I have an 06 access cab and just put a 2" drop from tundra racing.,I had a shop install the kit.I changed the back shocks and wanted them to change the front shocks, but the ones I got were to big for the lowering spring perch to fit over it.I have to buy either toyoya shocks or possibly aftermarket lowering shocks. i love the look. I live in south, so I can't go too low. good luck
Yes typo BAG was meant. And for the 4wd chevys they were slightly lifted. To justify grippin and rippin, its a truck? Good observation, but that holds no boundaries on handling and especially performance(engine).maybe i should throw a cummins in it hahah...nah ok but seriously, being a truck doesn't mean it cant tear up some pavement

I just don't get lowering a truck, call me crazy, but it seems to take away from the usefulness of the vehicle......I'm usually trying to get them higher not lower.....I know, I know, to each his own.
That's why then make Harleys and Hondas ~ We all don't want the same thing . . .![]()
