    Default Parting out 2003 Tundra

15km/hr slide on black ice into cement barrier. Damage to driver side quarter panel front end. Inner apron was damaged so auto guys tell me not worth fixing because there are no useful trucks around. Ill be looking to c if I can salvage her, but if not ill just part her out. Engine has 179,000kms, body is in great condition. Leather and all the rest. ANy offers lemme know, any suggestions lemme know.

    Down and out

I posted in your other thread about buying parts for it. If it only has the damage that you say it does, I would seriously consider fixing it instead of parting it out. Even if you spend $1k-$2k (US dollars) in repairs, you would probably be able to sell it for more as a whole truck in good condition than as a parts truck.
If you want to ship it to Florida though, I'd probably give you $4k (US dollars) for it.
    Do you have any pictures??

the inner apron aroud the engine that wleds into the firewall has been compromised... its not a matter of parts, those are easy.. its the structural integrity that has been compromised which is the problem

I'm looking for two A/C knobs too. Lol
I would give you $4k cash right now.
Honestly, I would fix it. Unbolt the fender and everything attached to that inner fender (would take an hour). Cut it off and weld a new one on (they're out there, you just have to search for them... I found one for you in the other thread). Bolt on a new fender, hood, headlight, grill, bumper (used or custom), paint to match, and you're good as new.
    Fender: $50-$54ish
    Hood: $154ish
    Headlight: $26ish
    Grill: $43ish
    Bumper: $95ish (for steel?)
That's only $372ish, plus whatever the inner fender and paint costs. Not bad.

That is not that much damage, I would definitely fix it. An 03 Limited with 108k miles would be worth around $14k around here.

You can buy AC knobs from any Toyota dealership. My dad bought one for his 05 DC last year for like $3.
