Default Retrax electric tail gate lock

Finally installing the retrax cover, cover lock and tailgate lock today. Reading the instructions, it says that to interface with the existing truck wiring:
12.* Remove the left side kick panel and locate the Pink / Black (Lock) and the Red / Orange (Unlock) wires. Some 04 Tundra's use the Blue/White (lock) Black/Yellow (unlock).

Here's my question. I have a DC 05 4x4 trd, which of color options would it be? I haven't started yet and don't know if it will be obvious or not. Also, for the cover lock, a shroud came with it. Have you found this useful to install.

Also, on the retrax cover install, did you all put the drain tube for the spiral through the oblong rubber access plug on the left lower back wall of the truck bed?

TIA

KJ
