Wierd noise from Power steering after startup!?

once i start my truck, i back out of my parking spot and go left. i have a wierd OOOOoooommmmm noise coming from the steering!!!! what is it???? I read the recall info and i cant pinpoint it! I want to make sure i get this taken care of while my truck is still under warranty. Thanks in advance for your help!

If it is low you are putting your pump in danger. How many miles on the truck?

My truck just started making this exact same noise....fluid is fine....What is the TSB for? What could the problem be?

It's your ABS doin' whatever it does. Nothing to worry about.

Um, no...definately not the ABS....actually found it was my nerf bars making the noise...put some cork behind each mount and lock-tite on bolts...no noise so far

Same noise here......I thought it was normal due to the fact it has done it nearly every day since purchase back in May. It typically only does it in the morning after sitting all night and only after initial startup and turning of the steering wheel. P/S fluid is at the correct level and never been an issue. I for one am not overly concerned with this and think that it has something to do with the system being activated after sitting all night....then again you're noise might be something completely different than what I am experiencing.
