Default Engine Idle Rough

Good morning everyone. I experienced so strange idling this morning when I started my 02 tundra 4.7L access cab. It idled rough for about 10 seconds then idled fine and shortly after the engine light turned on. Anyone have any idea what this could be?

Thanks to all.
Reno

Spark plugs every 30,000 miles; just use buck-fifty-nine copper Denso or NGK.

Water in the fuel. Use any good fuel system cleaner, and change the fuel filter.

Throttle body; easy to clean yourself with the right stuff from an auto parts store and soft rag.
