Default CIPA Rearview Mirror Power issue

I followed all of the instructions and tapped into the red wire w/blue stripe
on the T5 flasher block. This should be a power suppply, ignition on...., but it's not giving power. I already did a direct to battery tap to make sure the mirror was working, and it is. Any other power sources under that dash that
are ignition only on an 05 Tundra?
Thanks,
Don

I know many are ignition only. I'd suggest using a circuit tester; either a light that comes on if 12v is present or a volt meter. Probe the exposed metal parts of the fuse block til you get a 12v source (with the switch turned on). Next turn the switch off and ensure that the voltage is shut off. Hope that makes sense?
