Default Recall advice.........?

I'm the second owner of my '02 SR5 Access Cab. I have yet to recieve any info. regarding the ball joint recall or the o2 sensor extended recall.

Now I did my reading, and found the TSB for the o2 sensor -but it specifically states 3-36 on the warranty. I searched in vain trying to find the update that say's it's extended to 7 yr 90K. I've got the CEL and got "bank 2 sensor 1" code.
My truck is at 72K and I want to go in loaded for bear. I've already gone round and round with this dealer for the driver's seat recall.

Do I need to call Toyota Customer Care and get them to send the letter's to me? I've read that it's quite advantageous to have the letter when you try to schedule the work. I don't want to get dicked around. I called when I first heard of the balljoint recall, and was told my truck was not part of the recall. Now after all the research here at TS, I'm thinking they blew me off again.

Any advice is greatly appreciated, Thanks

The o2 sensor warranty extension was not a recall, and not all '02's were affected by the warranty enhancement on the o2 sensors. You can get see a copy of the letter that was sent out, in the TSB Database under the campaign's catagory titled "2000 Through Mid-2002 Model Year Tundra V8 (2UZ-FE Engine) Oxygen Sensor Warranty Enhancement Notice".

You shold call Toyota and see if your VIN was included on the o2 sensor warranty enhancement and on the the SSC 50J FRONT SUSPENSION LOWER BALL JOINT campaign.
