ebay scam! Toyota "factory" manuals

I am going to paste my email to ebay here and let it tell the story:

Customer concern: user id is easymanualauto and he is selling downloads of Toyota factory service manuals for many vehicles. You are led to believe that he offers you a choice of receiving a download link to this manual after payment ($41.98). All he is doing is linking to http://techinfo.toyota.com which is a PUBLIC website that anyone can download any toyota manual they want (if they have the time to sit there and download all the sections) for $10 a day. All easymanualauto is doing is directing me to this link which I probably could have found out about anyway. He is acting as a "middleman" and charging $41.98 for it, and also charging shipping/handling (why? He didn't "ship" anything?) This guy is in copyright violation. I have reported him to Toyota USA and Toyota Canada (who he says he "works in"). I have all emails to prove it. He does email me. He NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. Here are the Toyota incident reference numbers: USA: 200601260239 CANADA: 786349. Toyota tells me he is scamming as does techinfo.toyota.com. PLEASE Shut him down! He even makes his feedback private......Please prosecute him. I have probably lost my money to him, but I want to make sure others don't. I have emailed you about this several days ago, but no answer, so I email again.

How can people think they are going to get away with stuff like that? I hope he gets busted. I think cars and trucks should just come with the manual when new. Also, what's the deal with people keeping their ebay feedback private? Why does ebay even allow such a thing? Good luck getting your $ back. If you payed with Paypal, sometimes you can get it back through them if the buyer still has a funding source with paypal. I filed a complaint through Paypal once and the seller (after not returning two emails from me) immediately agreed to give me the partial refund that I had asked for once he was contacted by Paypal.

GEEEZ!! For the cost of a subscription here you can get the manuals, diagrams, TSB's , and a kitchen sink! Not to mention a wealth of information from other Tundra owners that have personally helped me tremendously.
And not only Tundra info...if you happen to own another Toyota vehicle, it's all here too!
Maybe we should be selling subscriptions to TS on ebay?
Don't cut me off administrators! I'm only kidding.

I am an avid EBAYER. This is BS....
I sent an email to ebay's fraud department and am awaiting a response.

The problem is that this ba**ard is in Taiwan....
I'm sorry some of you have gotten bit but hopefully ebay will fix it.
They are pretty good about cleanin up the riff raff.

I will follow up when they respond.
