Default Nav system and 6 disc changer....
Will I be able to keep my 6 disc changer with my nav system (Eclipse avn5500)
I would think that the answer would be no but I'm too mechanically inept to make that call.
I have a JBL stock 6 disc changer

the JBL stock 6-disc changer is built into the headunit... which is replaced by the Eclipse AVN5500... so, no.
