Default ABS dash light

I just recently noticed that while driving home last night, my ABS dashboard light was on. I looked in the manual and it says I need to take the Truck to a Toyota dealer, but I'm not ready to do that...

This morning I got up and checked my fluids, but everything looks fine, except I could probably use a tad more power steering / brake fluid. Either way, they are both above MIN, so I doubt this is causing my problem.

The interesting thing is that while driving to work this morning, I didn't see an ABS light come on. So at first I'm thinking the problem was just a fluke, but while driving I turned my head lights on all the way, so that the dashboard would illuminate, and guess what pops up? The ABS light...

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Do I really have an ABS problem or does it sound more like electrical? The truck is less than 4 months old and it's under a 5 yr. / 100,000 mile warranty, so I'm not worried about the money to get it fixed... just the time required to put it in the shop etc.

A little "time" spent now may save a lot of money, and oh yes "more time" later. Look, the truck is stiil in warranty and you are owed a swift response to this issue, especially considering the early timeframe in which this has occurred. Bottom line, if you show a sence of urgency by bringing this to their attention ASAP, I beleive they will too. Good luck.
