Default possible to grease incorrectly?

Hi all,

I was greasing up the drive line for the first time, which I plug the grease gun into the zerk fitting, and pump the grease gun few times. When I get to the center two, one of them make one a little metal bang sound. did I break something? or just minor sound.

Thanks

sincerely
chenster.
