Find a picture of a Tundra X-SP, look at how beautiful those nerf bars are, and then get raving mad because they're next to impossible to get for normal Tundra owners.
I went with sliders. Got mine from Richard Stubbs, but I know that there are some others out there. You can see Stubbs stuff at stubbswelding.com. Granted sliders are not nerf bars, but they give more protection and can still be used as steps.
Agree that the ones on the Tundra X-SP are nice. I looked around for a while and couldn't find any for sale. I really wanted those, but alas..... I went with my second choice, the Westin Ovals. See my pic or look at Westin's or Perf Prods website.

I've got black WAAG wheel-to-wheel bars and love them. They were super cheap, because they were on closeout -- so you might not be able to get ahold of them.
In any case, I highly recommend wheel-to-wheel. It's great to have a way to reach all the way into the front of the bed without having to climb in. I also really like the black powdercoat over the chrome, because it doesn't take attention away from the bluesteel.
