Default Re: Tire size and speedometer change

going to 265/70/16 will be no problem. they are the stock optional tires, meaning toyota already made sure they fit and perform perfectly. I have 265/75/16 nitto terra grapplers on my 06 dc tundra, and they only rub on just the mud flaps (no rubbing w/o mud flaps), but only when tire is compressed and turned alot to the right. id rather have 265/70/16s on my truck, but nitto doesnt make that size. your speedo will also be off by a little, i think like 3 mph too slow at 60 mph, so at 60 on your speedo, youll really be going 63..not a bad difference at all
