Hello to all. I am a new member here from New Orleans. I just bought a 2006 DC Limited. I used to drive a tacoma, but that was back when they first started calling them that... It's been a while but I've always liked toyotas.

Hi to all. i actually own a ford explorer, but looking the tundra i'm really impressed. i'm a student in kentucky.i originally come from Cyprus europe and i know that in europe toyota offers only the toyota hilux with a 2.5 or 3.0 diesel engine .
i really want to own a tundra in the near future, i just need to find a way to ship it back home and get the steering wheel on the right side .
i will rent one in a few days and i can't wait driving it.

We just picked up a '06 DC SR5 4x2 with 13K miles on it at a Toyota dealer.
We originally went to look at a '07 SR5 AC 4x4 that are on a special lease deal around here for $259/month.
We saw the '06 as we were walking towards the new ones. Once we saw just how MASSIVE the '07s are we decided to see what kind of deal we could get on the '06. A test drive sealed the deal.
Don't plan to do much in the way of mods, but would be interested in hearing recommendations for camper shells.

Hi everyone.
I bought a green 2007 Tundra double cab 4x2 SR5, 5.4L V8 on Friday. Not much options on it other than the tow mirrors. Didn't really need them to be honest as I thought it came pretty loaded. I retired my 1999 Chrysler 300m so that I could tow our horses around. I look forward to those experiences with my new truck.
My only concern appears to be where in the heck I will put my XM radio. I'm majorly addicted to it and need to get it wired again. I'll check the forums for answers before actually posting a question.

Well, I guess I should post up now. I had an '02 Tacoma in the past, totaled it after 2000 miles, and became a huge Jeep CJ-7 guy. Jeeps are what I know. 258,T18,D300,D60,D44,37xt. Yes, I know Pirate4x4 inside and out..
I plan to keep the 04 Tundra Sr5 4x4 I just bought simple, meaning 32, headers and a good exhaust.
I like the non-flamage Ive seen so far, great work on the site! Tons of info on here (I tend to lurk and search more than post and get flamed)

Have a 1 year old, 2006 Tundra 4 dr. SR5. Pretty basic, white, stock wheels, 4WD. Love the sliding rear glass - a co-worker has an '04 and he's jealous. Have added a LineX bed liner since I bought it. Am looking to upgrade the rims soon.
Have been pretty happy with it and my dealer has a great service dept. I'm waiting for my recall suspension ball joint to come in. Service mgr. says it may be 2 months. I've only got about 15K miles on it so I'm not worryint too muc now.
