Re: Welcome to TundraSolutions.com! - New Members/Tundra Owners Introduce Yourself Here
First-time truck owner, love my Tundra Access Cab. Previous car was a 4-Runner (Sweet Pea) which I sold at 13 years and 206,000 miles.
I'm waiting on my ARE Z Series camper shell so I can keep my skates, windsurfing and camping gear in the back of the Tundra (Itso). I'm planning to outfit the shell for camping so road trips can be more spontaneous. Can't wait.
I appreciate learning and getting new ideas from other owners.

Thanks for the welcome!
Just got my '07 code #8342.... 5.7L, double cab, standard bed, 4x4, Timberland Mica, black interior, etc.
I have always bought Fords, in fact, I kept my '74 Ford F100 4x4 with the built 428 CJ because I can't part with it (yet). So far, 8 hours, I am impressed with every part of this new truck.
My first search is going to be for a better sounding exhaust. The dealer actually recommended against the TRD factory exhaust but I haven't seen anything on the net from the major brands that I've bought in the past.

hey i am a new member but not a new owner. the reason i started hear was to hopefully get some tips on a leveling kit and the maximum size tire that will fit a 2000 tundra access cab
Re: Welcome to TundraSolutions.com! - New Members/Tundra Owners Introduce Yourself He
I just bought an 05' Tundra (2wd / 4.7L) last night and since I am a bit of a forum junkie, look what I found ! I have owned 3 Toyotas but went to a Dodge Ram 2 1/2 years ago,,,,,,,,traded it last night and I feel like I'm back home in a Toyota. Now I want to do some upgrades already,,,go figure.
Anyway, I just wanted to say hi and listen to some positive stuff on these trucks.
My check engine light is on and my mechanic told me its giving a emissions system code but they did not have the proper equipment to pinpoint it, but told me to go to the dealership for their specific scanner. I don't want to go to the dealer anyone know what may be my emissions problem? unterhot09@hotmail.com thank you

Hi all I'm the proud owner of an 06 silver v8 quad cab 4x4 tundra. i actually bought it in nov but am just getting around to doing some research into adding some stuff to it. on the list i have front and rear bumpers with winch, 3in suspension lift, wheels/tires, tint and bedliner. that will probably be about it for starters. maybe eventually some performance parts. But nothing to crasy. if anyone has and good info on brands of steel bumpers hit me up please. Thanks for having me. STJ

Hi, all! Second-time Tundra owner here.... The first was a '06 DC and now it's a '05 AC -- my wife wanted something a bit smaller so we traded backwards. So far so good! The '05 has only 8,900 miles and we'll keep it stock except for camping and dog-hauling accessories. This seems like a great site. Glad I have the opportunity to be here! -- Bob

Hi, I just upgraded from a '99 Tacoma with 205k miles (all driven by me) to a used 2001 Tundra TRD Limited with 79k miles. Love vehicle forums - great place for info! I belong to a forums for my Victory and KTM motorcycles.
