New to the website and just purchased a 2006 Toyota Tundra XSP Double Cab 2WD. So far, it's great!!
I'm looking to do some "performance" modification, but have a hard time understanding what are the best options to do since I don't have a lot of money.
I'm hoping this website will educate me in the right direction.

2009 Tundra CrewMax 5.7L V8. White exterior with charcoal interior. Towing package and seats 6!
Towing a 2008 Tundra Travel Trailer (35 feet long/@7500 lbs) with a weight distribution hitch and swaybar as well as electrical braking.
Have 4 kids and a dog, so the pickup seating was crucial.
Added a spray-in liner and roll-top cover (Pace-Edwards Full-Metal Jackrabbit).

Hey all,
I just picked up a new to me, 06 DC limited and I love it. I will be doing a few minor mods but it will be mostly stock. First, however, is the front rotors and pads. I have used the search function for the last two hours trying to find a DIY for the front rotors and pads replacement. Im not new to forums just to this one. I owned two landcruisers up until yesterday and now I have the tundra. Anyway, I will be spending a lot of time on this site because I like to do most of my own work and love using the write-ups that other members have contributed. If anyone can steer me in the direction of a front rotor R/R I would be very greatful.
Thanks again,
Paul

I have been a member for awhile but just hangin in the back. I have used this site to gain so much knowledge on the mods I want/wanted to do to my Tundra and greatly appreciate all of you for providing so much great information.
Currently my 2006 Tundra DoubleCab, SR5, TRD has front and rear Bilstein 5100s, revtek diff drop and rear suspension kit (blocks, ubolts and brake valve bracket), American Racing artillery wheels (4.5" bs) with 285/75/16D Toyo ATs, True Flow intake, Banks Monster Exhaust, PIAA intense bulbs in both headlights and foglights, nerf bars/steps, spray-on bed liner, Delta toolbox, and Sirius satellite radio.
I have some slight rubbing on the front mud flaps and may end up removing them in the near future and I am keeping my eyes on the inner cv boots.
I just thought it was time to put it out there and see what everyone thought.

Just got on, bought an 04 Stepside Limited in Gray 2wd with off road suspension. Got the truck from Toyota Financial Services auction through a friend in the business and it was sorely in need of a cleaning. Looked under the hood and the engine was spotless! No oil leaks, no grease, just one fine looking engine! I do a lot of my own work, costs too much to take it to someone, so I'll look forward to seeing what others have to say about this truck.

Hello all! Long time Toyota truck fan, first time Toyota truck owner. My love started when my Grandfather traded in his 73' El Camino for a new 85' Toyota SR-5. Well, together over the next 20 years we put nearly 300k miles on that baby with nary a single major mechanical issue.
That's all it took to sell me on going Toyota when I bought my truck. I bought a 2006 Tundra double cab of course for the space, but more for the body style. I'm not a fan of the new Tundra's space-ship interior, nor the "heavy duty" exterior.
So I patiently waited three years and found a 2006 Tundra double cab with only 27k miles in my favorite color - burgundy. I got a little extra lucky as I found one with the X-SP package, so I got the 20" Enkei rims, leather trim, back-up sensors, fog lamps, as well as a Borla dual exhaust!
Anyway, glad to be here, and I hope to find good advice with what to do to her, now that I have her.

Hey, how you all doing. I've always used TundraSolutions for a great reference but this is my first time posting. I bought a T-100 back in '98 and have been hooked on Toyota trucks ever since. Upgraded to a Tundra when they first hit the market and I'm still driving that one today. I am in the middle of a fairly extensive rebuild on the Tundra this year but it is finely going from daily driver to dad's toy so I am putting the time and money into it. Look for my build thread on my 2000.

Hello, have been lurking for a while but thought I would post finally. my truck is a 2003 limited tundra 4x4. I really like it but for the weird noise it makes. I will clear that up.
