You may have blown a shock or worse. Get it checked out.

At 70K, your shocks and springs are pretty weak. Wheelers coils are great and they do lift the front about 2.5". On the down side they are stiff and you will spew grease from your CV boots. (hose clamp mod will cure this)

Another option would be TRD 4WD coils. These will lift the front a bit, give a smooth ride and not effect your CV boots.

I had Wheelers, sold them and went back to OEM coils with HD Bilsteins. These ride great, maybe a little soft. I just aquired a set of TRD coils.
