With any lift, problems can happen. Due diligence is needed to ensure the most safe operating conditions possible- that means CHECKING THE TORQUE ON ALL NUTS/BOLTS ON A REGULAR BASIS. You might even consider changing out any hardware that is not grade 8 or higher.
