Cheapest place would be the classifieds here on TS.
I paid $500 for mine, and I've seen them go for as little as $400.
Installation takes about an hour if you can turn a wrench and have a floor jack to help position everything.
The biggest PITA was slipping the rubber parts off and onto the pins... a little soap takes care of that.
