Remember that the TRD exhaust is all stainless, as is JBA EVOL cat back (I think). Many of the less expensive exhaust systems are not stainless. The fit and finish of the TRD kit is top notch, and that is from personal experience with purchase and installation. I recall paying about $580 for my duals on sale from Conicelli (TS sponsor, see link above) in 2001. Just my $.02, TIFWIW.
