Default paint Help

have a 2004 tundra. It has the salsa red pearl paint. I have had about 3 months and no problems (except this one) and noticed these small spots all over the paint. I wash my truck at least twice a month and sometimes weekly based on bugs/dirt. I have tried everything to get the small spots out. Clay bar, wax, etc... To no avail, the spots are still there. Took to the dealership and they buffed out (high speed buffer) with no results. Now they are telling me they will have to send out for 2 days and have the truck wet sanded and buffed, and then tell me if that doesn't work, they will have to paint it. Well I do not feel comfortable with them sanding a brand new truck and can't beleive it needs painting after only being 3 months and I know it will never look right after repainting. To top everything, they were going to make me pay to have fixed. I even paid the extra paint sealant and undercoating when I purchased the truck.
Now after fighting with them they are going to fix but with the warnings above.
I personnaly have never had this problem with all the new cars I have purchased. I just can't buy its acid rain (could be but so deep they have to wet sand). I feel it is deeper than that, possible paint problems. If they have to sand down into it, then I am guessing the paint process was just not good for this truck.

Any suggestions or help would be appreciated,

thanks in advance
Joe
