At least you found that the inside/outside intake air damper works and the fan has all it's speeds. I gather there was no increase in air flow at the grills in the recirc mode? Something else I thought of is that maybe one of the duct connections has come apart behind the dash. Another one I hesitate to mention but are all the airflow control dampers at the grills open? I'd suggest that if you have a compressor that you remove the fan assembly and then blow the air through the grills instead of at the fan housing. Close every grill damper or the grill itself whichever the set up on the Camry except the one you're blowing into and follow that procedure on each grill opening. That way if there is sufficient air flow it will blow any debris away from the a/c and heater coils not farther into them. Don't forget the defroster openings although that may be a difficult area to reach.

PS: A leaf blower might be another option if you have or can borrow one.

If a combo of all these whizz bangs met their claims you'd have to siphon gas out of your tank every second day and sell the excess horsepower on the third????
If your engine doesn't consume ANY oil it will seize???
