Actually, you could probably just fart and go with the lesser of two evils
Seriously though... I used Ozium to get rid of a smoke smell before and it works great. Just make sure you have a window cracked or something open because it will choke you out in a closed space. I would spray it around the floor vents and let the draft take care of the rest.
