Default 2003 4Runner
I just purchased an '03 4Runner that only came with one key and alarm clicker.

My local dealer quoted me $47.58 (key) and $144.52 (alarm); didn't provide labor charge for any programming.

Is there an alternative? Buying keys/alarm online and then going to the dear for programming. Is there a way to program keys manually (ignition trick)?
