1) The front brake TSB relates to brake judder, not how fast the pads wear.

2) So-called extended warranties are not warranties. Toyota Financial calls theirs, "Toyota Extra Care Vehicle Service Agreement (VSA)." They will not pay for the TSB work. Read the fine print in your VSA contract to see exactly what they will pay for.

If you have fast pad wear, the problem is either your driving conditions and/or your driving style. You might try premium pads like Hawk, Performance Friction, Porterfield, or Akebono.
