Sorry to hear that they will not honor your warranty!

Bad dealer! May I ask which dealership it is? I will also call your warranty provider and rise hell!
Atleast get your frustration out to them.
I have a very not so good extended warranty for my wifes LX470. We got this truck used with 79K miles and got an extended warranty from the used car dealership. My toyota dealership convince the warranty provider to pay for the work. Plus they replace a grill piece that was already broke at no charge to us. I guess it is just a rapport thing between business.
Some toyota dealership I guess just don't care. Look at it this way, if they convience the warranty provider to honor the claim, dealership make money, you got satisfaction on what you paid for from the warranty, happy customer in the end.
That happy customer will likely return back and do a new purchase or recommend to others by word of mouth.

They might not cover the rotors and pads. Once the assesment is done, see which component is covered and not, tell them about the tbs and atleast get the bigger calipers for your truck, and offer to pay for the better rotors and pads of your choosing for your year truck.

I had been to the dealer (this past Monday). They told me that they called Extended Warranty, and Extended Warranty said that those are not covered unless it was broken/not functional. Litterally I was told unless the calipers lock-up, it will not be covered. If it is locked up, they will only replace that particular caliper instead of all four. Very dissapointing !
