I just had a closer look at the brochure.

There are 3 drain holes in front of bed. 2 of them are forward of bed bolts.

There is an illustration of mounting a blue dirt bike in the bed.

The bike is secured by strapping the handle bar to 2 front D-rings.

There are 2 straps. The driver side is not clear due to the shadow of light source. The passenger side clearly show the tight down strap ended where the drain hole is.

Conclusion: D-rings could be mounted where the drain holes are.
