I have the cargo divider and use it with my lid. Its aluminum and heavy duty. I use it to keep all the normal juck I carry around towards the front of the bed and leave the rest of the area open. No problems using it with the lid.

I'm sure it does work with the hard lid, but I want a soft
tonneau cover. I could probably find one that works with the cargo divider, but I don't think I would really use it anymore.
