I too jsut sent back an ADDCo bar, I wanted it because of the finish. Mine was the Cadimum coating though. I was not impressed and was not about to drilll holes in the frame to mount it.

So, I purchased a new Hellwig and installed it , like in the past with no problems. While the finish may be a 'little' better it was not anything I'd write home about. I had mine from my 2003 and the only reason I bought a new one was because I had heard the paint was so much better,,,, I should have just sanded and painted my old one.

I got a rusty one from my 2003 I'll be selling is anyone is interested.
