Note I have two unions pictured- the one on the right has a ~1/4 barb fitting while the one in the center has a ~3/8" barb fitting - same barb diameter as the breather I have pictured.
----The smaller fittings tend to get clogged more easily when used in the rear diff-

Just get Toyota parts -
90930-03136 (breather)
90404-51319 (union)

some hose clamps & 3/8 ID hose & you should be set
