Yes this is exactly what I have. Summer 2004, I brought it to a local Toyota dealer said I experienced these exact symptoms, to check the ball joints and the steering components, and after being at the dealer all day, they claimed there was nothing wrong with it and sent me on my way. I guess they didn't bother to look or didn't want to do the work.

I bought the Total Chaos Steering Bushings and I haven't put them in yet. I hope my recall notice gets here soon.
Looks like you'll be able to tell your dealer "I TOLD YOU SO, DORKS!"
