I just spoke with my service advisor about the recall today. He said that they don't even have a plan of action to correct this problem yet. They should have something in a month. I guess that’s why the letters are not supposed to be mailed for awhile. Also it appears that you need to have the letter to get the recall service performed. I am not sure if that is the case but that is how it was explained to me. I hope this whole thing does not affect the resale of my truck!
