Thanks for the information. I will be checking my mail for the letter. I will insist that they cover the total cost of my repairs and not just the lower balljoint replacement. I also had to rent a vehicle for 4 days for my business use. You guys are a lifesaver with all this great info. Keep it comin'! BTW my total costs for the repairs was $4800 plus rental costs and I did not have them fix the fender damage that resulted from the wheel beeing jammed up into the wheel well. Yipes!
