Tear apart the dash?
1. I wanted to hardwire to the fuse box.
2. I only had to remove the A-pillar cover & the lower panel(below the steering wheel.
3. I was also installing an auto-dimming mirror, with Homelink & it required constant power and switched power.
4. I think a lot of people do it, just to see what's there!
