I think with almost any grill replacement you are going to have to cut out the old grill. The exception to this would be speed grills because they are only sheet metal. You can look on
ebay for another grill if you are really worried about screwing up your present grill. As far as cutting out the grill, a dremel or a die grinder are the way to go. Also, tape the areas that you don't want cut to give them extra protection and be careful not to run whatever tool you use to fast, the plastic will melt.
