Drawtite, Reese, and Hidden Hitch are all the same company, the Cequent division of TriMas Corp. I think they also make the hitches for NAPA and U-Haul.

I think the main difference between hitch receivers is the quality of the paint job. They all seem to do the job well. The only failures I've heard of are OEM GM receivers.
