Default Truck bed not level

I had a truck, not a Tundra, that had the same problem. When I took it to the dealer and showed him the problem he said he knew exactly what the problem was. When the truck was shipped on the carrier, they chain the things down and if the driver chains it down too much it warps the springs. The dealer replaced the springs in this case.
