You may have to gently bend the brake tubing away from the U-bolts that go over the axle housing. I put a couple of washers under the bolt to allow the brake tubing clamp to fit farther away from the housing. No contact with brake tubing is ever smart.
If one side fits the end links, and the other doesn't, jack up one rear wheel or the other until the fit is easy. Fishing the bolt through the frame on the driver's side is a challenge, but it can be done. Don't mash the end link bushings too much...just a slight bulge is good. I set the bar up on a box under the axle while I attached the U-bolts and saddles. I used a dab of moly brake grease on the bushings.
Anyone have the torque values for the bolts?
