Tha is the part only 3 screws and a electrical connector. Remove the old(bad) one and line up the flat part that protrudes from the TLA and then you will need to turn it toward the front of the truck about 20 degree's to allow the screw holes to line up. This is if you have the one located on the throttle body, I am willing to bet that the throttle pedal sensor is on the later models and is actually located somewhere real close to the accelerator pedal.
