Go and see Sean (assistant Service Manager) at Cambridge Toyota (highway 24 at the 401) - that's the Service Rep that I "educated" about the issue. He has the BJs on order for all 3 types of "Service Campaigns". He also has the Canadian Service Campaign documents - saw them with my own eyes (different campaign # than US of course!). Take a copy of the US Campaign docs w/ you in case he has a case of Alzheimers when you see him - he will recover quickly when you show him the US docs! (docs from TS site)
NEVER go to Guelph Toyota - ask Toyota Canada (or any other dealer for that matter) what they think of Guelph (off the record, of course!)
