303 is a good product but more slippery than Just Once.

I had a customer with a brand new Tundra who wanted LINE-X sprayed on the rails. We advised him not to do it. He was going to put some kind of special top on it so it did not matter what it looked like. So, we did it. We covered the holes with wire tape, etc. First of all, the shape of the rails are really ugly. You can pull up on an end of a rail cap and see what I mean. They are not shaped like Chevy's metal rails. Plus, the holes are too large for metal tape. Since LINE-X goes on with heat, the metal tape heats up, expands, and sags. If you just have to take those caps off, I suggest you weld the holes (about 40 of them) closed. I wonder what that would cost? That's my fair warning!

Spray the rail caps? I'll have to think about that.
