We have replaced the door handle on the 02 Seq before & its starting to feel the same right before it cracked! For some reason when you get out the door lock is in the locked postion, safety feature, and when you pull the handle it has a catch to it, your basically pulling harder to open the dang door. It's not smooth when you pull the handle. Now when you unlock the door
before opening you don't have to pull as hard to open the door. It's a minor thing but done several times a day for years & well you've got too many door handles bustin! Yea we have the same problem
