Steve,
It was very easy to install and it took about one hour. The performance increase comes in the upper end of the power band and the throaty sound that it gives to the stock exhaust is well worth it. As for mileage increase, I haven't seen it because I have too much fun gunning it!!  I had pics of it on the old site, so hopefully I will be able to post them here also.
